Are you looking for a community in the bass scene that isn't full of dubstep "bros"?  People judging you based on what "industry" brand clothing you're wearing? Genre Nazis? Ever wondered where Artists such as Caspa, Rusko, Joker, etc went? Well I've found the perfect niche for you. I moved to Los Angeles with no clue what scene I was going to be in or who I was going to work with, but I can finally say I've found my passion and that's with B-Side Los Angeles. These guys have been in the bass scene for years now and just recently formed an Event/Production team. This music is minimal, dark, heavy, and deep.

In their one year of throwing events, they've managed to bring in huge names such as Youngsta, Silkie, Truth, Quest, Joe Nice and many more. Essentially, they are bringing back the artists that pioneered the genre of dubstep. These artists influenced all of the dubstep you hear today, everyone from Skrillex, Datsik, Excision to Bassnectar and more. It's almost as if the people who have been supporting and pioneering the genre haven't gotten their time to shine.

The vibes are underground, but they make sure to bring only the top notch sound to their audience. When they're always stacked with Function 1 sound systems, great vibes, amazing staff and 420 friendly venues, it's impossible not to have a good time at one of their gatherings.

No matter who you are, what you listen to or what clothes you wear, you will always be welcome with open arms at a B-Side show. B-Side will continue to expand over time and will most likely be hitting a city near you, so keep your eyes peeled. For now, check out their soundcloud for all of the proper vibes in the world of dubstep. If you're in the Los Angeles Area, come out to their 1 year anniversary show on Feb. 13th!
